Buzz E. Bee was an idea that came to me shortly after
having my first child. It began as a bedtime story that I invented out of
necessity more than anything. Children love stories, especially stories with
characters they can relate to, like a friendly little bee that’s curious about
everything in his world.
Buzz was an instant hit with my kids. They were always
asking for more and more “About the Buzz”. And then one day I had an idea “Why
not turn Buzz into a book”? It didn’t take long to realize that this idea would
allow me to share Buzz with so many other children. Well, before long, the idea
of the book expanded into a video and a DVD.

2003
would signal the start of a very long journey for all of the highly creative
people who helped breathe life into the little bee we now call Buzz. Through
the magic of live action video, classical style music, and a loveable animated
educator, the stage was set for Buzz E. Bee and “The Rainy Day” series.
The
Rainy Day Zoo is the first of the series that have both educational and
entertainment elements. This allows children to follow Buzz on his fun filled
learning adventures as he explores the world… even on rainy days.
We hope
you and your child enjoy Buzz and the Rainy Day Zoo as much as we have had
